Answer:
If you can’t see certain pages or tabs (such as Courses, Programs, or Settings), it’s usually due to user permissions or account roles.
1. Check your user role
ampEducator uses role-based access controls. Depending on your assigned role (Admin, Instructor, Staff, etc.), you may not have access to certain sections.
To confirm:
- Go to Home → Users → Your Profile
- Review your Role and Access Level
If you believe you need more access, contact your system administrator.
2. Try refreshing or logging out and back in
If your permissions were recently updated, changes may not apply until you log out and back in.
3. Still can’t see it?
If the issue continues, it may be related to your institution’s configuration.
You can submit a support request using the Help (?) icon in the top right corner of ampEducator or email support@ampeducator.com.
