ampEducator allows you to integrate with Google Workspace so users can sign in with their Google accounts and send emails through the Gmail API.
To enable this feature:
- Go to Institution Config → General → Google API.
- Set Google API Enabled to “Yes.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new Google Cloud Project at https://console.developers.google.com.
- Configure both Google Sign In and Google Gmail using the same project.
- Enter your OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret in ampEducator.
- Verify your domain and upload your Service Account JSON file if required.
Once set up, staff can log in using their Google Workspace credentials and send authenticated emails through Gmail.
