You can view the status of sent emails in two ways:
1) From a Student Profile
- Open the student’s profile and go to the Communications tab.
- Under Emails, you can see all messages sent to that student, including their delivery status.
- If an email failed or bounced, its status will be shown, and you can click the email to view details.
2) From the Communication Tools → Emails Page
- Go to Home → Communication Tools → Emails.
- Under the Sent Emails tab, you’ll see all outgoing messages along with their status (e.g., Opened, Bounced, Pending).
- Click on an email subject to open its preview, then select Email Stati to view detailed status logs, including the bounce reason and diagnostic code.
This helps you confirm which emails were successfully delivered and troubleshoot any that failed or bounced.
