Answer:
Go to Students → [Select a Student] → Communications Tab to see a list of all emails sent to that student.
Each email entry shows its status, such as:
- Pending: The message is queued to send.
- Sent: The email has been successfully sent.
- Delivered: The recipient’s mail server accepted the message.
- Opened: The student opened the email.
- Bounced: The email couldn’t be delivered (for example, due to an invalid address).
Click the magnifying glass icon beside an email to view the full message, along with a detailed Email Status log showing delivery history, timestamps, and when the message was opened.
