Answer:
Go to Home โ Forms, click the Edit icon next to your form, and open the Submit Details section from the menu on the right.
Check the box for Require Signature. This will make it mandatory for the student to electronically sign the form before submitting it.
The student will receive an email with a secure link to complete their signature validation.
Once signed and submitted, the formโs status updates automatically, and the signed version is saved as a PDF copy in the system.
