Answer:
Go to Home β Forms, click the Edit icon next to your form, and then open the Fee section from the menu on the right.
To enable payments:
- Check Charge Form Fees.
- Select the Revenue Account the payment will be applied to.
- Add optional details such as a Fee Title, Instructions, or Tax if applicable.
- Enter the Fee Amount and click Save.
π‘ Note: You must have a merchant account set up for the formβs location under Institution Config before you can charge form fees.
Once enabled, the fee appears at the end of the form and must be paid before the form can be submitted.
