Answer:
To manage form approvals:
- Go to Home → Forms, click the Edit icon beside your form, and open the Public Submissions tab.
- Click the View Submission (magnifying glass) icon to open the form.
- Under Approval / Refusal, you can see the current approval status and approver.
If the form requires approval, the assigned staff member will receive an email with a link to review it. They can approve or refuse the form by signing and submitting their response.
- Approve: The status updates to Completed.
- Refuse: The status updates to Approval Refused, shown in red on the student profile, and the PDF copy is stamped “Refused.”
You can also click Resend Approval Email to re-send the request to the approver if needed.
