Answer:
Open the program and go to the Fees section.
Click New Program Fee to create a new fee for that program.
In the New Fee window, fill out the required fields:
- Fee Class – select the applicable fee group (for example, Domestic or International).
- Revenue Account – choose the account this fee should post to.
- Description – enter a clear name for the fee (for example, Tuition or Lab Fee).
- Amount – enter the fee amount.
- Taxes – select a tax option if applicable.
If you check Discount, the available fields will change to include a Discount Account instead of a Revenue Account.
Click Add to save.
You can add multiple fees if necessary — for example, registration, tuition, or material fees.
When enrolling a student into the program, you’ll have the option to charge program fees or not.
This allows you to control when fees are applied for each enrollment.
