If a program isn’t showing in the Program dropdown when enrolling a student, it’s usually because of a location mismatch or inactive status.
Check that the program is set to Active and that its Location matches the student’s assigned location.
Programs are only visible to users and students who share the same location access.
To fix this, open the program from the Programs section and review the Details.
If needed, update the Location or change the Status to Active, then save.
After making changes, refresh the page and try enrolling the student again.
