You can manage course instructors and their access directly from the course profile.
Adding an Instructor
1️⃣ Go to Courses Profile → Instructors.
2️⃣ Click Add Instructor.
3️⃣ Choose the instructor from the dropdown list.
4️⃣ Select their Course Access level — this controls which parts of the course they can manage (such as Grades, Attendance, Content, or Students).
5️⃣ Click Add to confirm.
Editing or Changing an Instructor
- To edit an instructor’s permissions, click the Edit (pencil) icon next to their name and update their Course Access.
- To replace an instructor, click the Delete (X) icon to remove them, then click Add Instructor to assign the new instructor and set their course access.
💡 Tip:
If an instructor doesn’t appear in the list, check their setup under
UserName → Staff and Instructors → Staff Profile → User,
and make sure their Role is set to Instructor.
