Answer:
You can view or download a Prospect’s admission documents directly from their Admissions tab.
Under Admission Core Documents, you’ll see the three standard documents for each admission record:
- Application
- Letter of Offer
- Contract
Each document includes action icons on the right-hand side that let you:
- Open and view the document in ampEducator
- Download a copy to your computer
- Email the link to the Prospect
- Copy form fields to the Prospect Profile (if applicable)
If a document isn’t showing, it may not have been assigned yet. You can link one by clicking the Wrench icon beside the document type and either linking an existing form or generating a new one.
✅ Tip: Once the Prospect completes and submits the form, its status will automatically update to Completed.
