To set up a Round Robin Pool:
1️⃣ Go to Prospects → Round Robin.
2️⃣ Click the New Pool icon next to the location you want to set up the pool for.
3️⃣ Give the pool a clear name (for example, “Interested in Web Development”).
4️⃣ Choose one or more filters to define how Prospects are assigned (such as Program, Country, Age, or Lead Source).
5️⃣ Click Add to save your pool.
To assign advisors:
1️⃣ Expand the Location section to view your pool.
2️⃣ Click the Add Advisor icon beside the pool name.
3️⃣ Select the advisor and set a Weight to determine how many Prospects they receive before rotation moves to the next advisor (e.g., Weight 1 = one Prospect at a time).
4️⃣ Click Add.
You can add multiple advisors to a pool and reorder or edit them anytime using the icons beside their names.
