To automatically create Prospects from Facebook form submissions, connect your Facebook Instant Forms as a Lead Provider in ampEducator.
Go to Prospects → Lead Providers → Add Lead Provider and select Facebook Instant Form as the Provider Type.
You’ll be prompted to:
- Log in with your Facebook account.
- Choose the Facebook Page and Form you want to connect.
- Map the form fields (such as Name, Email, and Phone) to ampEducator’s Prospect fields.
Once connected:
- New Facebook form submissions will automatically create Prospects in ampEducator.
- You can track received, enrolled, lost, or rejected leads under the Lead Providers tab.
