There are three main ways to add new Prospects (Leads) into ampEducator:
1️⃣ Integrated Webforms
Automatically create new Prospects from forms on your website, social media, or third-party platforms.
Submitted data (like name, contact info, and program interest) is sent directly to ampEducator.
2️⃣ CSV Import
To upload multiple Prospects at once:
- Go to Prospects → More Actions → Import Prospects.
- Download the CSV template and match your columns to ampEducator’s fields.
- Upload and review your file, then click Import to complete.
3️⃣ Agency Submissions
If you work with agencies, they can send leads directly into ampEducator.
These appear under Lead Submissions, where you can review and convert them to Prospects.
