You can view all communication activity for a Prospect from their Profile → Activity tab.
This tab provides a complete timeline of interactions, including:
- Emails, SMS, Notes, and Events
- The date, details, and result (e.g., sent, bounced, completed) of each activity
- Which user completed the action
You can also click More Actions in the top right to take quick actions like:
- Add an Event, Email, or SMS
- Update the Prospect’s Stage (e.g., Lead → Admission → Enrolled)
- Mark as Lost or Rejected
- Enroll Prospect once they’re ready
