Answer:
There are three ways to convert a Prospect into a Student in ampEducator:
1️⃣ From the Main Prospects List:
Use the quick expansion arrow beside the Prospect’s name, then click Next Stage → Enrolled or select Jump → Enrolled.
2️⃣ From the Prospect Profile:
Open the Prospect’s profile, go to the Activity tab, click More Actions, and choose Enroll Student.
3️⃣ Bulk Enrollment:
From the main Prospects page, select multiple Prospects using the checkboxes, open the More Actions dropdown, and choose Enroll Selected.
⚠️ Note: Once a Prospect is converted to a Student, they cannot be reverted back to a Prospect. However, converted Students will still appear in the Prospects tab for record-keeping.
