Answer:
To link a program to a prospect, you’ll create or edit an Admission Record from the Admissions tab in their profile.
1️⃣ Go to the Prospect’s Profile → Admissions tab.
2️⃣ Click New Admission Record (or edit an existing one).
3️⃣ Select the Admission Template and use the Expected Program field to link the correct program and start date.
4️⃣ Click Add Admission Record to save it.
Once added, the admission record will display under the Admission Records list. You can make it the active record using the checkmark icon if needed.
✅ Tip: The active admission record determines which details (program, start date, documents, and items) display in the lower sections of the page.
