A new feature has been added to help Institutions automatically notify Students of upcoming or overdue payments.
Automated Overdue Reminders can now be configured under Institution Config / Accounts / Defaults.

These reminders are sent to Students by email and can include key payment information such as invoice details, due dates, payment links, and attached PDFs.
Key Features:
- Option to send reminders for Invoices or Charges
- Flexible Reminder Periods — for example, 3 Days Before, Due Date, or 1 Week After
- Ability to CC other users on reminder emails
- Customizable Reminder Text for personalized messages
- Automatically generated daily — no manual sending required
The reminder email includes the Student’s name, invoice ID, due date, status, amount owing, and a link for online payment. A PDF copy of the invoice is also attached for convenience.
