The Programs section of the Student Profile has been updated to make reviewing and managing student progress clearer and more accurate.
The Primary Program is now highlighted in green rather than marked with a checkmark, making it easier to identify at a glance. A new Recalculate Program Totals icon has also been added, allowing you to instantly refresh program data if recent updates to attendance, grades, or courses are not yet reflected.
The Student Program Audit modal has been expanded to include more detailed academic and attendance information. It now displays update history, attendance policy thresholds, marginal and review course counts, and the source of the attendance status, giving administrators a more complete picture of a student’s standing within their program.
These improvements help ensure program information is accurate, up to date, and easier to interpret when reviewing student progress or finalizing completions.
