We’ve made key improvements to how student attendance and course information are displayed to help you quickly understand performance and progress.
Detailed Attendance Status
Found under Courses → Attendance → View Attendance Details, the new Attendance Status section provides a complete summary of each student’s attendance standing.
- Displays current status (Good, Marginal, or Review) based on your attendance policy.
- Shows attendance averages, total absences, lates, and projected absence percentage.
- Includes policy thresholds and calculation date for full transparency.
Updated View Student Course Layout
Located under Student Profile → Academics → Courses → View Student Course, this view has been redesigned and divided into clear sections for easier navigation and review.
- Course Details – General enrollment information and current course status.
- Course Academics – Grades, GPA, and final results.
- Course Attendance – Attendance summary, detailed attendance list, and attendance status summary.
- Course Credentials – Displays whether a credential has been awarded.
- Course Status Changes Log – Shows who updated the course status and when.
These updates make it easier to review academic, attendance, and credential information all in one organized view.
