Answer:
To send an SMS, open the Prospect’s Profile and go to the Communications tab.
Select SMS from the menu, then click New SMS to open the message window.
Enter your message (up to 160 characters per message) and click Send.
You can also send messages in bulk from the Prospects list.
Before using this feature, make sure your SMS setup is configured under Settings → Integrations → SMS Gateway.
