If you’re not sure what your username is, check your original ampEducator login email — it includes your portal link, username, and temporary password.
If you no longer have that email, contact your administrator to confirm your username or update it for you.
To view or change your username (if you have access):
- Click your username in the top-right corner of ampEducator.
- Select User Account from the dropdown menu.
- Under the Details section, find the User Name field in the top right.
- Edit the username if needed, then click Update to save changes.
